WIMP dark matter in the UμνSSM

چکیده
The U$\mu\nu$SSM is a $U(1)'$ extension of the $\mu\nu$SSM supersymmetric model, where baryon-number-violating operators as well explicit mass terms are forbidden, and potential domain wall problem avoided. gauge anomaly-cancellation conditions impose presence exotic quark superfields in spectrum models, allow several singlet under standard model group, addition to right-handed neutrino superfields. structure implies an additional discrete $Z_2$ symmetry superpotential, ensuring stability which behaves WIMP dark matter without invoking $R$-parity. We analyze this novel possibility detail, using fermionic component candidate. In particular, we compute its amount relic density via $Z'$, Higgs-right sneutrino mediated annihilations, signals direct detection experiments. constraints on parameter space due $Z'$ searches at LHC imposed analysis, those from hadronization inside detector quarks. Large regions turn out be reach upcoming Darwin experiment.

Secluded WIMP Dark Matter
We consider a generic mechanism via which thermal relic WIMP dark matter may be decoupled from the Standard Model, namely through a combination of WIMP annihilation to metastable mediators with subsequent delayed decay to Standard Model states. We illustrate this with explicit examples of WIMPs connected to the Standard Model by metastable bosons or fermions. In all models, provided the WIMP ma...
متن کاملWimp and Axion Dark Matter
There is almost universal agreement among cosmologists that most of the matter in the Universe is dark, and there are very good reasons to believe that most of this dark matter must be nonbaryonic. The two leading candidates for this dark matter are axions and weakly-interacting massive particles (WIMPs), such as the neutralino in supersymmetric extensions of the standard model. I discuss the a...
متن کاملLimits on WIMP Dark Matter
The current state searches for dark matter in the form of Weakly Interacting Massive Particles (WIMPs) using both direct and indirect techniques is reviewed. Advances in recent years by various direct search experiments, utilising technology able to record the nuclear recoil events expected from elastic scattering by WIMPs, have allowed progress towards lower limits to be made. In particular, t...

متن کاملDAMA and WIMP dark matter
We study whether spin-independent scattering of weakly-interacting massive particles (WIMPs) with nuclei can account for the annual modulation signal reported by DAMA. We consider both elastic and inelastic scattering processes. We find that there is a region of WIMP parameter space which can simultaneously accommodate DAMA and the null results of CDMS, CRESST, and XENON. This region correspond...
